All full-time active employees working 30 or more hours per week are covered under this Short-Term Disability income benefit plan. Part-time employees are not eligible.

Long Term Disability

Class 1: All Full-Time Employees With 1+ Years of Service in Grades 1 through 9

Class 2: All Full-Time Employees With 1+ Years of Service in Grades 10 or More
