Enrolling in Benefits
To enroll or make changes to your benefit selections, you MUST go online to our benefit portal (link below). You can access UKG at any time and from any place with an internet connection.
Qualifying Life Events
Making Changes During the Plan Year
Unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next Open Enrollment period. Qualifying Life Events include:

Marriage, divorce or legal separation

Birth or adoption of a child

Change in child’s dependent status

Death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent

Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
You must notify the Benefits Unit within 30 of experiencing Qualifying Life Event.
